REFUND AND REISSUE POLICY
Owner Builder - if not commenced - $50
WA Real Estate CPD – No Refund
TAS Building Industry CPD - if not commenced - $50
Renaming and Reissuing Course Completion Certificate - $20
NSW Building CPD – No Refund
Project Advisory Packs - No refund
As noted above, a refund is only available prior to course commencement. This means that you have not yet logged in and accessed your course.

TIME TO COMPLETE
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to complete your purchased courses/s within 9 months of the purchase date.
Failure to do so will result in you being blocked from re-entry into the course. You can make a written request for access to the course, which will attract a $25 fee and which must be paid in advance.

To this end, the organisation can guarantee the return of fees to those students who meet the terms and conditions of the refund policy outlined above.
