White Card and Statement of Attainment certificates are issued by Blue Dog Training (RTO 31193) after all assessments are complete. Usually certificates are issued next business day. Check your spam folder first. White Card FAQs →

Can't access your course?

Go to abeeducation.edu.au
Login via Student Login with the email address you enrolled with.
Use the Forgot password link if needed.
If still can't access the Student Portal, contact us.

Need a receipt or tax invoice?

Log in to your student dashboard. Go to Settings → Billing to download your invoice. If the amount is incorrect, email info@abeeducation.edu.au

Want to change your enrolment details?

Name changes and email address updates must be requested by email. Include a copy of your government ID with your request.

Refund or cancellation request?

Review our policy first — most Owner Builder and CPD courses are non-refundable once accessed. Cancellation and Refund Policy →

What are ABE Education's support hours?

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm AEST. We aim to respond to emails within 1 business day. There is no weekend phone support — use email for weekend queries.

How long does it take to get a reply?

Phone calls are answered live during business hours. Email replies typically arrive within 1 business day. If you enrolled and haven't received your login details after 4 business hours, check spam before contacting us.

Where is ABE Education located?

ABE Education is based in Sydney, New South Wales. All courses are delivered online — you can complete your training from anywhere in Australia with an internet connection.

Can I call about a White Card I completed with another provider?

We can only assist with enrolments made directly through ABE Education. For White Card queries related to another provider, contact that provider directly or call WorkSafe in your state.
