NSW Class 1 Licence holders (Real Estate and Property and Strata Management) must complete nine (9) hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) before 22nd March of each year.

NSW CPD requirements are no longer related to an agents licence renewal date and CPD Points are no longer required. Hours is how this is now measured.

All modules are completed online from the comfort of your home, office or any location and you can take up to 9 months to complete. There are no zoom or videos to watch. Upon successful completion, participants will promptly receive a record of their training and a Certificate.
