These are terms and conditions of your enrolment with ABE Education Pty Ltd. We have put the sections regarding academic conduct and refunds at the top. These terms and conditions, together with the student handbook, constitute the entire agreement between you and ABE Education. 


By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you declare that all assessment work you submit as part of this course is your own work and not contributed to in any way by any other person. If it is considered at any point that the work submitted using your provided login is not your own work, you will be immediately excluded from the course.


These terms and conditions govern your use of this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
You must be at least 14 years of age to use this website. By using this website and by agreeing to these terms and conditions you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.


Unless otherwise stated, ABE Education and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved.

These terms and conditions together with student handbook, constitute the entire agreement between you and ABE Education in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.


These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with New South Wales law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.

If for whatever reason you wish to cancel out of your course, please ensure you contact one of our staff members. We may be able to assist you in finding a way to complete the course despite your reasons for cancellation. If you are having problems with the course material, we will be able to assist you. If you require additional time, we will be able to assist you. Please speak to us before you decide to withdraw, as we are here to help. 


As noted above, all fees are required to be paid up-front. We guarantee the security of any payment made by participants or potential participants who have been provided with a tax invoice for the payment. Please be aware that any fees which are paid to ABE Education are deposited directly into the company's bank account which is fully audited. Such funds will not be used in any way until the participant has successfully completed their course and received their statement of attainment. To this end, the organisation can guarantee the return of fees to those students who meet the terms and conditions of the refund policy outlined above.
