Advisory Packs - No refund

As noted above, a refund is only available prior to course commencement. This means that you have not yet logged in and accessed your course. In order to apply for a refund, email us  as soon as possible and include the following details:

• Your name
• Your date of birth (for verification purposes)
• Registration date completed
• Reason for requesting a refund

Please be advised that a refund may take up to 10 working days to process.
